I found a car on THE WEBSITE with one price, I talked to them they said YES this is the car this is price when I went their they said No this car that on the picture is not that price. Yeah he came out and greeted me only to set me up with one of those eager salesman outside. Ok so I said to myself let's give it a try. Right away the salesperson started talking about the window sticker price, I told him J.C had told me a different price and I wouldn't pay what was on the window. He said not to worry about it, went for the test drive and right away the salesperson starts talking about if I'm ready right now to buy and we should head back to the dealership to look over my credit report. I told him I was looking first and test driving the car, well that didn't please him ad he told me to head back to the dealership ASAP. WOW really? So we go back to the office ad they start running numbers based on the window sticker. I said no I was told a different price by J.C, that's when they bring in the " sales manager " to let me know that we can work out a deal. Nope no deal here, only a fool would come here and get ripped off. I wouldn't come here if they gave me free oil changes, I really don't know how they stay in business. If you want to get a good deal and don't want to be bothered by pushy salesperson go to GLEN E.THOMAS jeep in Signal Hill. That's where I went the following day and left with a 2012 Grand Cherokee. Came to the dealership yesterday and looked at the vehicle I wanted to purchase but did not have time to work a price so the salesman (Andrew) told me he would send me a price via email. Well I waited vehicle I wanted to purchase but did not have time to work a price so the salesman (Andrew) told me he would send me a price via email. Well I waited until 7:45pm and then went online and requested a price, and approximately 3 minutes later I received a phone call from Gray Silva. Gary answered all my questions and concerns and I told Gary to contact me in the morning due to me getting ready to drive and would not be able to talk. Gary contacted me back in the morning and we made a deal on the price of the vehicle. Over 24 hours later when I was driving to the dealership Andrew finally contacted me back, at which time I told Andrew I was dealing with Gary. Now once I was at the dealership they tried giving me back to Andrew who I did not want to deal with since it took him so long to contact me back and seemed like I was not important. Gary came and talked with me and handed me over to Edward Evans Jr who has been outstanding and very helpful with purchasing of this vehicle. The thing that has bothered me was getting passed from one person to the next, and thought when I was coming to the dealership that i was going to be working with Gary. I would give Edward Evans 10's across the board for his outstanding service to me and my family. And gave the marking I did only because Edward Evans made my experience here so good. I would have gone to another dealership if I had to work with Andrew. I do not understand why Andrew will get credit for this sale if all he did was show me the vehicle, which he did not even start up and talked to me for maybe 5 minutes. Will tell everyone to stay away from Andrew and talk with Edward Evans who really cares what he does! More
