Went to get the car checked because engine light was on. Collin took great care of us. Provided us with a loaner car since we live in south AZ and couldn’t drop off the car and go home. $287 in repairs after 1 month. Right after I purchased the car I left a 5 star review. Now 1 month later I would revise my review to 1 star. I purchased my car about a month ago, Right after I purchased the car I left a 5 star review. Now 1 month later I would revise my review to 1 star. I purchased my car about a month ago, I also bought their CBB advantage insurance plan and all was well. Fast forward to 1 month later, while driving I got an auxiliary battery malfunction warning. No big deal, it can happen, I brought it into their service center. I was told that, of course, the repairs would not be covered. I let Collin know I bought the car a month ago and that this should not happen after a “full inspection” about a month ago. He spoke to his manager and apparently they would take care of it free of charge. A couple days later, while my car was still at the service center, I get a call that the repairs would be roughly $300 out of pocket for me. Once again I told them that it’s very unusual to have repairs on a car this soon after a purchase. I picked up my car today with a $287 bill. Again this is 1 month after I bought the car, nothing was covered by CBB advantage. They knew what was wrong with it before I left the service center but decided to notify me about the $287 they were going to charge me after I left when I was at work. I am very disappointed by how this dealership handles these situations. As soon as they hand over the keys and get your 5 star review after your purchase, they stop caring. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I will also make sure the people who I referred know what happened. More

Problem fixed After displaying some frustrating due to an issue with my warranty i was upset with this dealership, come to find out it wasn’t their fault. Fortunate After displaying some frustrating due to an issue with my warranty i was upset with this dealership, come to find out it wasn’t their fault. Fortunately the owner Jack Schneider heard about what was going on with my situation and like a true professional asked to speak with me in his office. He explained the whole situation in detail about what was going on with the warranty company and the claims filed. He showed compassion and really listened to what i had to say, it showed he cared about his customers. After a good 30 minute talk, We agreed on a deal and he had my car get fixed. 5 minutes later after that discussion he had a loaner car waiting for me and ready to go. The next day i picked up my car with no issues, quick and easy. Everything has been running smoothly since. Thank you Mr.Schneider for all your help. More

Service Department Shop manager Steve is the best. I had originally taken my GT to Earnhardt ford to install some after market parts on the car and they couldn't do it Shop manager Steve is the best. I had originally taken my GT to Earnhardt ford to install some after market parts on the car and they couldn't do it until another week or so. So then I took my car too Benz and Beemer and Steve was able to install them same day with no appointment needed. I was super happy with the service. Colin, Michael and Steve give the best customer service and are very nice. No longer taking my car too Earnhardt Ford. More

Trevor acknowledged that he had reassured me when I purchased the car that I would be protected if the issue reemerged. Michael is amazing in the manner in which he handles issues that could create problems. They are both men of integrity. More
