Long Wait I would not recommended this dealership for service. The sales process was great, but service department is pretty bad. I had an appointment for an oil change and was told it would take an hour and 30 minutes. This seemed a little long for an oil change since the longest I’ve ever waited is 45 minutes. THREE HOURS AND FIFTEEN minutes later the oil.m change was finally complete. If I had been given any update as to the department being backed up or service taking longer than expected I would have not waited. I was not offered a loaner car when I arrived. I most likely will not be returning for any service needs. More

Excellent service department! CBB has an excellent service department! I've recently had my car (which I purchased there a couple of years ago) in for some service, and Randy took CBB has an excellent service department! I've recently had my car (which I purchased there a couple of years ago) in for some service, and Randy took great care of me! They not only had a loaner car for me to use, but was very upfront with the cost of what needed done. I trust their advice. I don't ever feel ripped off, like other dealerships have done to me in the past. I can always get my car in when it's convenient for me. I would highly recommend them, not only for buying a car (as the sales staff is great), but the service is too notch. More

Auto service repair My name is George, a chauffeur for SW Sedan and had an issue with our BMW 528i. I called Collin Moore, our service advisor who said if I could get the vehicle to him he would take care of it. The vehicle was driven to the service dept wherein Collin said he had spoken with his lead service tech and would put it in the front of the line and a diagnosis was made. The repair was made and the next day I went to pick up the vehicle. I will recommend Certified Benz and Beemer to everyone as they go above and beyond in the service dept. I imagine the dealership goes above and beyond in sales, parts and of course service. More
