Horrible experience. Con artists and time wasters. I’m a busy professional and took the time to drive 45 minutes to their dealership after sending multiple pictures and v Con artists and time wasters. I’m a busy professional and took the time to drive 45 minutes to their dealership after sending multiple pictures and vehicle information on my trade along with an offer from another dealership I had received. They texted me stating they would very close to the offer I had received and that the car I was interested in was in top shape. After my long drive there, and sitting in their shop for an hour (with no other customers around ) , they came back with a low ball offer along with an extra 1000 dollar charge for their cheesy tint job. The car I was interested in had a big gash in the hood area where the clear bra was and the sales manager acted like it was no big deal. Absolute tool. Needless to say it was a horrible experience and the sale manager was a complete joke who acted like I was bothering him by being there. He needs a new profession. Don’t waste your time with these guys. Their past awards were obviously rigged. Don’t let the hype blind you. (I was a cash buyer by the way… easiest sale on earth if you just follow through on what you say you’d do) No awards are in this dealerships near future… More

I will no longer be going to BB. Have been a customer for years, dropped my car off for maintenance and signed up for 1 year oil service plan. I arrived to have a crack half way ac Have been a customer for years, dropped my car off for maintenance and signed up for 1 year oil service plan. I arrived to have a crack half way across my windshield. I did have a small chip in the windshield but had been thru the car wash several times. Was told it would be handled by their lead mechanic and to they would follow through with a call Monday. I had to contact several people Monday just to get the run around and no answer. By Wednesday had a manager call me and was asked about my insurance windshield coverage despite being told they would handle the issue, again no follow through and do get scheduled and repaired myself and zero apology. Have been using BB for years and my 3 previous vehicles with my full service CNA warranty but I will not be returning even after purchasing a 1 year service agreement. I do not want them touching my vehicle or dealing with their horrible customer service. More

Best customer service anywhere. I worked in the past with two different dealerships on maintenance. They were okay but this place is the best. The communication and transparency I worked in the past with two different dealerships on maintenance. They were okay but this place is the best. The communication and transparency can’t be beat. They do a video of the underneath of the vehicle give specifics on maintenance due or soon to be done. They will provide loaners for people like me that will come as far as three hours away just for the service department. So many great people to work with. My guy Rich Robert’s is top notch. More
