Collin went out of his way to work me in under difficult circumstances, needing a full inspection on a Saturday with no appointment. This was all while visiting from out of state and needing to return home circumstances, needing a full inspection on a Saturday with no appointment. Not only was he able to help with completing the inspection, walking me through all findings (which were requested as a second opinion vs the local BMW dealer inspection same week), but also identify an important miss that could have proven costly on my return trip. All of this, in addition to knocking out one of my service package oil changes, helped my family and I out tremendously. Cant thank him, and the entire team at CBB enough for helping me out if a jam!
