Always Friendly I purchased my BMW Alpina B6 from CBB just over a year ago and it was time for an oil change. I like that the Service staff recognize my car and ackn I purchased my BMW Alpina B6 from CBB just over a year ago and it was time for an oil change. I like that the Service staff recognize my car and acknowledge that it is rare and worth some extra care. Morgan and Collin are always professional, but more so - they are just nice. They offer a smile (under the mask of course) and are quick to ask if they can do anything to help while you wait. I always leave feeling like my car was taken car of and that I was appreciated as a CBB customer. I will be looking at how I can best achieve those experiences in my business as well! More
