Told me a part they replaced would be covered under warranty, and then refused to cover it after leaving my car there for 6 hours. Part was a coolant recovery tank and lower radiator hose that should n warranty, and then refused to cover it after leaving my car there for 6 hours. Part was a coolant recovery tank and lower radiator hose that should not have failed After 15 months. UPDATE - 07/11/20 CBB agreed to fix the coolant recovery tank and hose. Picked up my car and drove it 5 times. Now have coolant leaking from vehicle and is over heating. Just made an appointment to take it to another shop for them to assess. Will follow up once assessment completed. More

This service staff are very professional and personable. I used my CBB advantage coverage to service both my cars and 1 detail. I thought a car wash was included with each of the 2 yearly services but perha I used my CBB advantage coverage to service both my cars and 1 detail. I thought a car wash was included with each of the 2 yearly services but perhaps I am either mistaken or it is no longer included as my BMW was returned unwashed. That was my only disappointment.
