Service with premium wash My wife scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle picked up from work to have my service done along with a full detail. I was pleased with the perso My wife scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle picked up from work to have my service done along with a full detail. I was pleased with the person who brought me a loaner vehicle, professional and easy going. As for my service and detail... when my vehicle was returned it had not even been vacuumed out much less washed. The windshield still had the marks from when the technician tested my blades which means it was never washed but yet was annotated on my paperwork that it was completed. This makes me question what else was annotated as complete but never done. I called as soon as I could and another maintenance personnel told me they would have someone pick up my vehicle and have it detailed as well as have a manager double check and make sure everything got done during the maintenance process. I never received a call back from Mike Miller or the other service department manager. More

Fast Service, Great Pricing I took my M3 in to Michael at CBB for some much needed service and work. While there, they noticed the AC system had an issue, and instead of trying t I took my M3 in to Michael at CBB for some much needed service and work. While there, they noticed the AC system had an issue, and instead of trying to sell me a new system, they were able to replace only the actual faulty part, saving me a lot of expense, and doing the work for less than BMW charges. Michael has gained not only all the rest of the work for my M3, but for my other Vehicles as well. I highly recommend seeing Michael and the technicians at the service center at Certified Benz and Beemer if you are looking for an honest and fair price. More
