Fast Service, Great Pricing I took my M3 in to Michael at CBB for some much needed service and work. While there, they noticed the AC system had an issue, and instead of trying t I took my M3 in to Michael at CBB for some much needed service and work. While there, they noticed the AC system had an issue, and instead of trying to sell me a new system, they were able to replace only the actual faulty part, saving me a lot of expense, and doing the work for less than BMW charges. Michael has gained not only all the rest of the work for my M3, but for my other Vehicles as well. I highly recommend seeing Michael and the technicians at the service center at Certified Benz and Beemer if you are looking for an honest and fair price. More

Service and professionalism I had a vehicle service on this visit, getting a few things done. I made my appointment directly with Michael, whom I have worked with before. Scheduling was easy and he assured me that he would do his best to get a loaner car for me while mine was being serviced. He called me early in the week and said he had a car now if it would be a good time to drop mine. I was in a perfect spot to do this so it was fantastic timing. When a small fix turned out to be a larger ordeal, Michael called me right away and let me know play the importance or rather not importance of having the item repaired at this time. It was great to know that he kept me and my budget in mind, letting me know what was important to fix and what was not so important right now. The loaner car was great, and my vehicle was done so quickly that I didn't even have to use it. My vehicle was returned cleaned and in Tip-Top shape. The total bill was nothing more than I had anticipated, and the ease of check in and out was great. I could pay over the phone prior to my arrival for ease of checkout. I always have a good experience with Michael and the staff at Certified Benz & Beemer, and would recommend them to other people needing service, or to purchase a car. More
