Its a bird! Its a plane! No, its CBB!!! Brought my GL450 in for a service on a Saturday, without an appointment and even though it was only a few hours, after hearing both my 12 and 9 year o Brought my GL450 in for a service on a Saturday, without an appointment and even though it was only a few hours, after hearing both my 12 and 9 year olds had baseball practice, Michael gave me a loaner. After frantically searching around my home 2 days later I realized I had left over $1,500 of my boys baseball gear in that loaners trunk! Like some kind of Clark Kent that gets a funky high from a yellow Sun, ripping off his glasses while running into his service lane booth, whirling around in a blur, this Superman, arms extended with hands furiously curled into fists, immediately flew into action. Within hours CBB had delivered 2 baseball bags to my home! What did I do to thank him? I left my review late... Sorry. But thankfully my wife's GL is running as silky smooth as Lois Lane's mane. These guys are Supermen! More

All phone calls were returned promptly and I was in the loop on the entire process. Michael went above and beyond in helping me find other information related to third party warranty. Michael also helped to diagnose my car through another dealer free of charge. Thank you Michael! Quality of work- Other than diagnostics no work was performed. Friendliness- Attention to detail and overall helpfulness was very professional. Michael was calm, explained the process and was very focused on helping me. I felt like I could trust Michael and that he was on my side. Price- No work was was performed on the car. Diagnostics check was performed at another dealership. Michael helped me through the process and the diagnostics which are usually $200 were free of charge. More
