The salesperson admitted that it was definitely not normal but nonchalantly brushed it off, saying, "Apart from this cosmetic issue, how do you like the car? It drives well when going straight, right?" It became clear that this individual was attempting to deceive me. To make matters worse, the salesperson pressured me to place a $500 deposit, claiming that the car would sell quickly. Despite assurances of a follow-up the next day, I never received one. Upon further research, I discovered that this car broker tacks on exorbitant fees to the vehicle's price after the deposit is made, resulting in a staggering 25% additional cost. Customers end up paying significantly more than the initially advertised price. Additionally, they undervalue trade-ins by assessing them in the worst condition possible, a detail often overlooked by most buyers. Fortunately, I uncovered these unethical practices through online reviews before committing to a deposit. Approach with caution! More
