DON CHALMERS Horrible. worst dealership I've ever visited. Liars. Bad service. Bad cheap lemons. Was sold a used 2017 Ford with no warranty and it broke down 4 months after buying. They had my car in their shop (hostage) and had to pay a huge bill or buy from them. My car was in and out of their shop for 2 months. Asked to meet and speak with president of dealership, Gary. I Was told he was out of town, 5 minutes later he walks past me in the showroom. LIARS! Was able to speak with VP once and dismissed after. Bad dealership, bad management, bad service advisors, bad mechanics. untrustworthy salesmen and staff. All around certified lemon dealer. DO NOT BUY FORD. DO NOT BUY FROM DON CHALMERS! BIG BOX DEALERSHIP THAT WILL SCREW YOU FOR YEARS TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK. HORRIBLE! I am in a worst situation after buy from Chalmers. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! I will never even look in that dealerships direction and will tell everyone about my experience. HORRIBLE UNTRUSTWORTHY LIARS! LEMONS! OVERPRICED BROKEN DOWN CARS! I found to have a pleasant experience with Chalmers Ford, when recently purchasing a new Ford Ranger. While Ed Herrera was the sales manager, Joseph Eberle did all the work! :) He was fantastic providing cus when recently purchasing a new Ford Ranger. Happy, quick and priced fair Dwayne was really helpful called me to let me know how things were going for my F350 and my sons F250. In summary with any of our next visits I plan on going directly to him as he has gained our families trust and we consider him a friend in the business. Dropped off my F250 for “recall” related service. Service employee was quick, courteous and helpful. He advised me the work would take most of the day but that It would be finished by the end of the day. Ove employee was quick, courteous and helpful. Superb Company and Service I own a Ford F150 truck that was bought new in 2016. The trailer hitch that came with the truck was level, but the receiver tube was welded on at an a I own a Ford F150 truck that was bought new in 2016. The trailer hitch that came with the truck was level, but the receiver tube was welded on at an angle that was about 10 degrees off of level. As a result, the carrier that we use to carry my motorized scooter was impossible to level, making it unsafe to use the carrier. We contacted Ford Motor Company about getting this problem solved. They told us that there was nothing that they could or would do because all Ford trucks have receiver tubes that are not level. We then went to Chalmers Ford and spoke with Chad McHargue, the Service Manager. He said that he would attempt to solve the crooked receiver tube problem. In the interest of doing so, he located a trailer hitch in the stock room that had a receiver tube that was less than one degree off of level. He then had one of his technicians install that hitch. The receiver tube on the new hitch is now virtually parallel to the ground. This will remedy the problem that we initially reported to the dealer. Mr. McHargue and his staff are to be commended for their excellent work. We are greatly appreciative of his superb work! More

I had annual service for both my F250 and Escape. Trent Durham is one of the best service advisors I have dealt with with Chalmers. He it's always informative, professional and just an all around nice guy. Durham is one of the best service advisors I have dealt with with Chalmers.
