My car wasn't ready when it should have been and I was waiting for it. To make matters "worse", it was supposed to be ready and I would just be able to make some other commitments I had for that afternoo waiting for it. Not a happy customer really. BUT...and this is why the 5 stars..stuff happens, they caught it before releasing the car to me, AND, given my obligations that afternoon, grabbed a loaner for me to use since they weren't quite sure when they'd fix the issue that had popped up! I didn't have to get angry or demand anything, they immediately suggested it to help me get on my way! And THAT is true customer service! My other encounters with Chalmers were also very good. I'll continue to go back as long as that level of customer service is maintained! More
