I have two vehicles that are serviced here the one now has 244000 miles the other 137000 miles and both operate perfectly due to the excellent service provided by the service department. Diana is always polite, friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicles and able to get the work done as promised. More

Very honest and thourough Brought my vehicle in as the battery kept dying. I just bought a new battery at O'Reilys and it went bad overnight causing damage to my TCM. Regular maintenance and fix trunk hood. Trent was thorough with the 60,000 mile maintenance of my 2013 Taurus. Great I received a letter from Ford indication my GPS card needed to be updated for $149.00 so I took it to Chalmers. I called the dealership and was told I should have the car towed.90 minutes later the car was on its way to your service center. That afternoon I got a call from Trent with a overview of the problem. He hoped it would be resolved by Wed afternoon. I was shocked when I received a call saying the car was ready. We proceeded to the dealership and was given a complete explanation of the problem and the solution. Trent was professional and positive. It was really a rewarding experience that I am not use to at other dealerships. This was the third time I had been to the dealership and all have been positive. john Sullo More
