Always smiling and eager to help you understand the piles of paperwork that is part of buying a new vehicle. Mike McCracken took care of me when I added some additional accessories to my new truck. He kept to his promised completion time and even provided a loaner car while the work was being performed. Buying a new vehicle is a healthy investment for anyone and the people at Don Chalmers understand this. I was treated with dignity and respect. A good deal to me is not only the price you pay but also how one is treated in the buying process. So with that said, I got a good deal! More

I dreaded going in and purchasing a vehicle as I did not want to sit and go back and forth and haggle so much. The staff (Ken Willard) and (Ace Cooley) were great. I know Ace and his family from being in business so long, he was out of office on vacation and he responded to me by having his manager call me personally, we went in and asked for his manager and he set us up with Ken Willard who was very nice and knowledgeable. He had allot to deal with (ME) but took it all well and got us in and out as quick as possible (It does take time to make the second largest purchase in your life). Thank you Ken for your hard work on making sure we were happy with our service. Will send you some more business for sure. More

Glenn Aldrich, who was recommended to me, took those feelings of hesitancy and uneasiness away by providing a comfortable (not pressured) and pleasant buying experience. Glenn was knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained the specifics to me. As I was referred to the Parts and Finance Department, he was right there with me to ensure I understood the additional items I was purchasing along with the agreement. I would highly recommend Glenn for your next vehicle purchase. This was by far, the best experience ever with purchasing a vehicle. More

Horrible Beyond Imagination! We were in search of a used vehicle with a no down payment option. They gave us a used car, BUT WITH A 2,000 dollar down payment! We barely had enough We were in search of a used vehicle with a no down payment option. They gave us a used car, BUT WITH A 2,000 dollar down payment! We barely had enough for this, but we needed the car. We placed a 2,000 check down. The day of signing they asked for another 500 because it was required for approval! if we got approved with a requirement of 2,000 then why add on an extra 500.00 later?! I told them I was not financially situated to place another 500.00 down. They gave me till Oct 27th as long as I gave them a check good for 500. Well GREG IN FINANCING gladly took the check and CASHED IT two days later causing my account to over draft and start getting late fees! Thanks a lot Don Chalmers! They gave me my 500.00 back to cover the late fees and another check to pay the actual fees. But they still want the 500 back. GREG IN FINANCING became a SNOB and didn't give me the great smiles on the day of signing when he was giving me my check back. Total dishonesty from this dealership. I have a vehicle with them already and I figured that since I chose them above everyone else I would get treated better! NOT THE CASE! They took 2,000 for a car that needed an alignment (Which they had to fix) and huge chips in the window WHICH THEY HAVE NOT FIXED AND WON'T ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ABOUT IT! I really hated the service with them. 3 weeks passed and already they took so much money from us when we weren't in a position to pay that much! I would seek other dealers if you don't make 1,000 of dollars a week to cover their messes! More
