Chalmers Ford

Went shopping for a new ford 500. I fell in the parking lot and sprained my ankle, no ice or even a glass of water offered. Then the sales guy took my keys hostage--i had to ask for them back 3 times befor lot and sprained my ankle, no ice or even a glass of water offered. Then the sales guy took my keys hostage--i had to ask for them back 3 times before he would hand them over. Finally left at 9:30 at night. When we went back (I know, what were we thinking), the guy went to get a credit app, and never came back! At which point I left. I did speak with Mr. Chalmers, who was completely unconcerned about the poor service and the fact that I injured my ankle on his parking lot, due to the fact that HIS rocks were scattered everywhere. I will never step foot on that lot again. As a loyal Ford buyer of over 20 years, I will tell anyone I know who is shopping not to go to Don Chalmers. More

My husband and I were going to buy a used minivan but after trying to work a deal with them we called it quits. Three days later we were driving by the lot and we saw a sales sticker on the minivan we h after trying to work a deal with them we called it quits. They could have had it sold had they just worked with us a few days before. Not very nice to deal with. More
