Michell and Jason were right there waiting for me when I brought my 2011 F-450 SD King Ranch in for some repairs and for new tires, I had set up the appointment ahead of time. The repairs involved work on electronics (Nav system and trip odometer), along with new rear tires. They provided us with a new loaner vehicle since the work would take about 2 days, Michell had the car ready for me when I arrived at Don Chalmers. Jason had everything ready for my repair work, the new tires were in stock and ready to be installed. Right on schedule the work was done, the pricing was discounted for both repairs and tires, and everything went as planned. Michell and Jason were very friendly, very helpful, and explained everything in detail. We have purchased our last 4 vehicles from Michell, we couldn't ask for a nicer person to work with, she remembers us each time we come into Don Chalmers Ford, and periodically calls us to say "Hi". She is absolutely fantastic and we are proud to call her our friend. Jason is always helpful and cheerful, a pleasure to work with in the service center.
