Lesson Learned I was on the market for a vehicle after discovering I was sold a vehicle from another location that was not inspected fully before purchasing. Arrivin I was on the market for a vehicle after discovering I was sold a vehicle from another location that was not inspected fully before purchasing. Arriving the day of, everything seemed great. Receptionist were incredible and Greg presented a great deal even with "making sure the upgrade was done on my vehicle." After finding out the upgrade was 900 dollars and he "did not know" I noticed that the quality of his service was not there. I love my vehicle now, however, I am still receiving emails that should be addressed to the woman who purchased my vehicle 2 days later ( I pray you all did a full inspection). Glad to know she still receives the gratitude and support customers deserve for I have not heard from the office since purchasing the vehicle. More

The parts should have been here, the parts arrived late can't get until mid afternoon Wed. They NEVER - NEVER - called me. I had to call them. It has taken 2 plus weeks to replace 4 struts. An operation apparently beyond their competence. Pointless idiots. All of them. More

Very happy with my new Jeep I was amazed at the selection of Grand Cherokee Jeeps you had. I had my Grandson Chase with me and while we were looking we had this very nice young m I was amazed at the selection of Grand Cherokee Jeeps you had. I had my Grandson Chase with me and while we were looking we had this very nice young man first name Cody come up and very easy going asked if we had any questions or if he could help us. I was looking for a Grand Cherokee Limited 4 X 4 but he also pointed out the Trailhawk which I had read about but not that interested until he started telling me everything it had on it and not that much of a difference in cost. Because of his not being pushy and high strung like lots of salesmen are I enjoyed him being with us to answer questions. I ended up buying the Grand Cherokee Trailhawk and I am so happy with it and the cost of the jeep, they worked with me on the price.
