In the end we ended up going a different route because my wife really wanted a Ford Explorer Sport, however, our experience with Jeff was so great that even though we did not end up buying a car from him I thought it was important to give him the praise he deserved for the professional way that he dealt with us. If I am ever in the market for a Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge there is nobody I would buy it from other than Jeff. More

Great initial experience, frustrating overall outcome. My initial experience with this dealership was fantastic. Very friendly and welcoming staff. My sales rep I worked with while looking for the car was fantastic. Made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Left with the exact vehicle I was looking for. I have had the vehicle going on 3 weeks now and I've run into a few situations that are rather frustrating. When I walked in the door I had already set up my finance through my credit union. While going through the process they informed me to save $500 I could do Chrysler finance. I responded no thanks. Then they followed with we can look around to see who we can get the best rate with or would you just like to stick with your credit union. I responded I would like to stick with my credit union. They seemed totally ok with that. Well, almost 2 weeks after I had my car I checked my credit report and they ran it 3 times! With 3 different banks! Not ok!!!! Next, I asked while filling out paperwork if this would be direct withdrawal. The man doing my paperwork asked me do you have an account with them, I responded yes. He followed with yea it should be. So why did I get a booklet in the mail 3 days ago to make my payments?!?!? Little frustrating since I live an hour and a half away from the dealership and the credit union. Since they messed up while filling out paperwork I now have to fill new paperwork out with the credit union! Good thing is I left with the exact vehicle I was looking for and absolutely love it! Other then that, very disappointed and frustrated! More
