oil change I went on a busy Saturday. I was hoping for a ride a mile away while I waited 2 hours and service said they had no drivers. I asked sales guys and t I went on a busy Saturday. Also expected car ran thru car wash. Got back and had to ask for it to be washed. For first service on my new car, was not the customer service I expected. More

Correction of last oil change experience. I presented Champaign Ford City with a "free brake inspection" certificate and asked that they do this along with my oil change request. They said t I presented Champaign Ford City with a "free brake inspection" certificate and asked that they do this along with my oil change request. They said that would be no problem and would take care of it. When they came and told me that my car was ready it showed an oil change but no inspection of the brakes. When I received an email from them asking if everything was to my satisfaction I explained the situation and told them that I wasn't happy with what had happened. I received an email back stating that they had put a free oil change on my Rewards account and would still honor the free brake inspection, also. This last oil change was a very good experience. Not only did I get a free oil change but I got the free brake inspection, AND a free car wash. I'm very happy with how they stepped up to please their customer. More
