"Worst Customer Service Experience"

Without exaggerating, this is the worst customer service I have ever received from anywhere. Bought a car off the used lot here after being steered away from the original vehicle I was looking at and hounded to buy the next day. I chose a Buick verano after looking at different cars at different dealerships all week. This would be the first car I've purchased from a dealership. Car has had issues since day one. Loud pop coming from read and scraping sound upon takeoff. Over the course of a month the dealership never returned any of my calls, always had to call in, scheduled service, car sat in service for two + weeks before xmas. Didn't have a car to shop for gifts and was paying for it to sit and have nothing done with it. I had to physically go in to get an update, no answer after many voicemails and calls left. (I work full time and can only go here on Thursdays). General manager or manager of that lot told me no one could figure out what the issue was, confirmed a mechanic never looked at it and didn't care enough because the service department isn't making any money in it. Got vehicle to act up in front of salesman within 15 minutes of being there. Requested to trade in car and they told me I could look at options online since nothing comparable was on lot. Was told I'd get a call to follow up on getting cars in to look at and schedule a time. Never got a call. Wanted me to come in on Christmas eve (I was catching up on shopping since not having vehicle). Honestly done dealing with these cretins who don't give a xxxx about inconveniencing and wasting their customers time and money. Now spending more money at a mechanic to properly diagnose the issue. My friends, family, coworkers ask me every week if there's an update about my vehicle and I tell them still having issues...Since day one. Championship GMC has lost my business as well as from those who know about how I've been treated here. Deplorable at best. I'll make sure to steer people away from here when looking for a used vehicle
