I thought the dealership was nice as any dealership, clean, nice furniture, fridge with drinks, good of a selection of the trucks i was looking for as any place, actually had the truck and color I w clean, nice furniture, fridge with drinks, good of a selection of the trucks i was looking for as any place, actually had the truck and color I wanted, didnt plan to buy that day but after james qualls come out whd spoke with me he wasn't your typical car salesman, his clothes fit wasn't to small didnt have 10k in shoes on , was my kind or guy and was no non sense kinda fellor they wasn't much back and forth hagling it was pretty straightforward on this is what we need for ours this is what I need to trade mine, didnt waste my time everything was taken care of pretty quickly and mr james even took my tags off and put them back on my truck, everyone i had contact with was very nice to me but id definitely deal with mr james again in the future More

First they were overpriced. ..way overpriced as a dealership is expected to be but even other dealerships were aghast at this price. Quoted me $4000 for items that there was nothing wrong with. Didn't even repair the main reason I brought it in. Rented a car and left it with them overnight to be worked on the next day and it still was not ready at 5. Got everything wrong with the car repaired for 500. Ridiculous. I will not visit this dealership for anything again. Dealt with Courtesy for years. This place is not even close. More
