The service manager, Jeff, was way above average in his effort to diagnose and resolve the issue I was having with my vehicle. After completing the repair he let me know the vehicle was ready to be picked effort to diagnose and resolve the issue I was having with my vehicle. After completing the repair he let me know the vehicle was ready to be picked up and arranged for Champion's driver to pick me up. I did have a concern when paying for the charges when the sales assistant described the reason for the high amount of the charges. She "explained" it by saying that the repair [of my differential] required "9 quarts of oil at $28 per quart" which amounted to the $280+ being charged. After I looked at it more closely, it was obvious that the bill was for 1 quart of oil and the rest was labor and miscellaneous items. More

I am typically not a fan of the whole car buying process or even writing reviews. However, this experience was different. I drove 2 hours to get there and will continue to do so when we need another vehicle. Job well done! More
