Honestly, we just brought our new truck in for an oil change. We were told that it would only take an hour… After I’ve been there for an hour and a half with no updates I ask a young lady who worked in t change. We were told that it would only take an hour… After I’ve been there for an hour and a half with no updates I ask a young lady who worked in the service department what was going on with my truck because I could see it and no one was working on it… She stated it’ll be ready as soon as we can get to it and walked away. No one offered a loaner vehicle or asked me about my schedule. More

Mr Salyer was very helpful during our shopping and purchase of our 2022 Colorado. He even went the extra mile for us after we purchased the vehicle.
