I was worried when this location sold to new owners, but I have been pleasantly surprised. I've been dealing with Aaron, and he has been great with getting things done for me. Thank you. i purchased a new 2014 Chevrolet Equinox from Champion Chevrolet at the Johnson City, TN location and since they now have a dealership in Kingsport, TN. I had some service done in Kingsport. I know both Chevrolet at the Johnson City, TN location and since they now have a dealership in Kingsport, TN. I had some service done in Kingsport. I know both owners and have been very pleased with my relationship with the wonderful & friendly staff at both locations. My service rep was Lyndsey and was very helpful and very pleasant and continued to keep me informed on the progress of the service. I will definitely buy our next car at Champion. I have dealt with the folks at Champion for 10 years and continue to be very satisfied. More

Apparently the standard line is the vehicle needs to be diagnosed before we can go to the next step. So for two years this has been the repetitive action plan. 1. Call GM for help, told to take take to dealership for diagnosis. 2. Take vehicle to dealership for diagnosis. Dealership orders parts and/or seeks guidance on repair issue. 3. Take vehicle back for repair. "REPAIR FAILS/IS UNSUCCESSFUL" 4. Repeat-Repeat-Repeat More
