I have brought my truck to Champion for service for years. Most of the time they have been able to do the service I need. Occasionally, their service department was unable to resolve the issue and I ha years. Most of the time they have been able to do the service I need. Occasionally, their service department was unable to resolve the issue and I have found myself having to return for the same service time and time again. Most recently I took my GMC in because of a transmission light issue. After waiting for hours I was told the computer chip just needed reset. The very next day, the light came on once again. I thought about trading my truck and spoke to one of their salesmen. I was very disappointed when the first item the salesman brought up was the most recent service issue I had brought my truck in for. I explained that Champion had always handled all service on my truck and if there was an issue then he should speak with their service department. I felt the salesman only started with this item so that he could attempt to devalue my truck while trying to sell me theirs. The entire situation felt very disrespectful. This was not the first time I had spoke with this same salesman and in the prior situation, several months earlier, I felt he was condescending and disrespectful. I decided that I would not continue to do business with this dealership. I will no longer take my vehicles there for service and I will never purchase a vehicle from them. I gave the service department many chances to fix issues over and over and I even gave the salesman two opportunities to earn my business. They failed at both. More
