Karen I seriously love your shop. I drive all the way there from Indiana passing multiple shops that I could go to but I really like the shop there. I bought my truck there 8 years ago and have only ever brought it to you guys for service. But when I show up and my name and phone number and address isn’t even in the computer system that’s kind of disappointing. Service manager Jack was very nice but it took almost 4 hours for someone to tell me how long it was gonna be. If you want to call my cell is 5026457856. I honestly really never complain but you guys are so good that this one really disappointed me.
