They charge a 42% markup on parts that you can buy OEM from GM. Even over MSRP. Service advisor is nice but gouging on parts that they get even cheaper than online doesn’t sit well with me. Chris was super helpful and wanted to make sure that any concerns I had outside of the Shift to Park issue were taken care of.
