Bought our 2022 Equinox new at Champion. Have taken back for all services a& recalls. Last week 11-4- 2025, stop at Champion for oil change & tire rotation. When I arrived home I checked oil Have taken back for all services a& recalls. Last week 11-4- 2025, stop at Champion for oil change & tire rotation. When I arrived home I checked oil it was fine, then I checked the lug nuts to make sure they were secure. Very disappointed with tightness of the lug nut. Had to retighten all the lug nuts. 2 out of 5 on each wheel was extremely loose. Could have lost a wheel & had accident on way home. Very poor workmanship. Didn't know I would have to complete their work after I paid for this. More
