This is the second car I have had from this dealership. I have had a great experience everytime I am there from buying vehicles to getting an oil change. The sales manager was a bit pushy in my opinion. Telling us they wouldn’t budge on price because of the “upgraded” sound system. While I had a nice salesman and bought a nice vehicle I was disappointed with my car appraisal process. I initially received a good offer for my trade in that was supposed to be good for 7 days but less th was disappointed with my car appraisal process. I initially received a good offer for my trade in that was supposed to be good for 7 days but less than 48 hours later the dealer cut over $800 off the appraisal of my car when I went back to purchase the new vehicle. There was no real explanation for why and my trade in hadn’t changed. I had refused a deal at another car dealer because I thought I would be getting paid more for my trade at Champion. This really tainted my car buying experience and certainly didn’t build trust in the dealer. If this were to happen to me again I would sell it on the spot before the price drops and take an Uber home. More
Da”Jaun was very professional and knowledgeable on any questions I had to ask on purchasing my new 2026 Chevy traverse. Since it’s a new vehicle and a hot seller, I had to drive an hour and 45 minutes aw questions I had to ask on purchasing my new 2026 Chevy traverse. Since it’s a new vehicle and a hot seller, I had to drive an hour and 45 minutes away to pick the vehicle up that I wanted.. with my experience with him and the dealership they’ve earned my business moving forward and I will be more than happy to drive the hour and 45 minutes for future purchases. We all know that buying and new vehicle can be stressful and with the laid-back atmosphere. Without the added pressure from a salesman and dealerships can go a long way on makilng a decision on buying a vehicle. More
