Phil is great. But an oil change for a lifter problem did not make sense to me and was proven so as the problem still exist. After waiting a month for an appointmen But an oil change for a lifter problem did not make sense to me and was proven so as the problem still exist. After waiting a month for an appointment, now I have to wait yet another week for it to be looked at again. I hope this moment of honesty does not result in retaliation.
