My wife had to have her Cadillac repaired from water in the gas tank. Thankfully BP paid for it all. Service was great but we asked multiple times for a loaner car and Champion would always tell us they di the gas tank. Thankfully BP paid for it all. Service was great but we asked multiple times for a loaner car and Champion would always tell us they didn’t have one. I thought that was poor business for a Cadillac dealer. Most luxury service departments provide a loaner car even if you’re having your oil changed. Let alone $3000 worth of work done. In the end the service was done correctly and we got her car back. Just could’ve been a better experience. More
