This dealership was absolutely wonderful when my father purchased his new Cadillac. He is an older gentleman and they treated him with kindness and respect. After his purchase he received a call telling him that he could receive some acessories for the car without charge. He accepted and when he asked why he had gotten these acessories he was told that they had been ordered for the car he purchased before it was sold. Instead of putting these items back to be sold they offered to give them to him since they were for the car he purchased anyway. Many dealers would not do this. It is refreshing to see salesmen and managers who sincerely care about making their customers happy. Not only did they sell my parents a new car, but they actually thought about them after they purchased the vehicle. These actions are what brings in repeat business and new business as well. In the last few months the improvements in this dealerships overall customer service and vehicle service has been improving every time I visit and I visit often. We have 5 HHR's and they are on the road every day. There is no waiting on an appointment for things like oil changes and tire rotations. They have dedicated some extra service people to handle these everyday needs. I'd also like to comment on the improvements in the customer waiting areas. Flat screen TV's, access to computers and phone, nice comfortable furniture and even a game room with some really sweet gaming equipment make your service wait go by very fast. Thanks for thinking of your customers and not just the bottom line! More
