My Jeep has now been sitting at the dealership for six weeks, and this has been the worst service experience I have ever had with any vehicle brand. When I first brought the vehicle in, the dealership weeks, and this has been the worst service experience I have ever had with any vehicle brand. When I first brought the vehicle in, the dealership said they did not know what was wrong with it. Later, they told me they did not know how to fix it. Six weeks later, there is still no clear repair timeline or resolution. What has made the situation even worse is the complete lack of communication. The dealership never contacted me with updates. The only time I received information was when I called them myself to ask for it. If I had not followed up, I would not have known what was happening with my vehicle. I have also been without transportation during this entire time. The dealership did not offer to assist with a rental vehicle. When I contacted Jeep corporate for help, they only offered five days of rental coverage, even though the vehicle has now been in the shop for six weeks. After those five days, I was left on my own and had to borrow someone else’s vehicle because the cost of renting one for weeks is not realistic. Being without my vehicle for this long with no answers, no communication, and no meaningful support is unacceptable. At this point the situation has already been escalated to Jeep corporate case management, but the experience so far has completely damaged my confidence in the brand. I have owned several Jeep vehicles over the years, but I have never felt this disrespected as a customer by any car company. Customers should not have to chase down updates, go weeks without transportation, or wait this long without a clear repair plan. I hope Jeep and this dealership take situations like this seriously and work to improve how they support customers dealing with unresolved vehicle issues. More
This dealership has horrible customer service. My 1yr old vehicle was in the shop 3 times in the first year. I have owned Jeep vehicles for nearly 3 decades. I have dealt with service departments in a half dozen states. This has to be the worst dealership I have dealt with in a life of 60 years. They overbook appointments and then keep your car several days for a 2 hour repair. Their service advisors have to be tracked down to get an update on the car they are suppose to be calling you about. They are rude and act as if they are doing you a favor by allowing you to pay them for terrible customer service. The ONLY reason this place is still in business is people don't have the time to drive across town and use a different dealership. If you can avoid this place, do so! If you are part of its captive audience of local patrons, good luck. More

Called prior to driving 45 minutes to look at a used car for sale in order to find out if they have add-ons. I was told they do have a $995 add on for a security device. I explained that I was not interes for sale in order to find out if they have add-ons. I was told they do have a $995 add on for a security device. I explained that I was not interested in paying for the add-on and I was told that the vehicle has been on site for a while and that they will negotiate on the price of the vehicle and so there will be no issue taking care of the add-on price. I drove the 45 minutes only to find out that they were not budging on price at all. The sales manager informed our sales person that he is not discounting the vehicle or the add-on at all. Complete waste of my time! More
