From the time that I bought my car from this dealership, they’ve been nothing short of great. I’ve brought my car in for oil changes and anything else I’ve needed done and they’ve gotten it done in a timely manner! "Overall a good experience"

I took my Chatger in for a recall and an oil change. Service was friendly and timely. My only complaint is there were some greasy hand prints on the door and hood they didn't clean before bringing my car out to me. But other than that, a very good experience.

"Oil change and minor repairs "

Did routine oil chang and repaired gate lift gas shocks. Easy back seat was reprogrammed. Applied my lifetime warranty and the whole experience was great. Technician spoke to me personally about programming issue and oil. I was treated very professionally.

"Waiting on service "

I had been sort of frustrated with the service I was getting from another Jeep dealer in town. I had stopped 3 different times to get my oil changed and they were always busy. Then when I found a little fluid on my garage floor. I left a message. The next morning there was a lot of fluid on my garage floor. And still hadn’t received a phone call from the dealership. Plus. They didn’t open til 8:30am. So I called Champion. Jeff the service manager offered to line up towing if I needed it and was just wonderful. I went ahead and drove it in. Ron my service advisor was super too. I had a great experience and will use them from now on.
