"Small Car Repair"

I had my car serviced for a in issue that was under warranty. I went to pick up my car after hours and was instructed to go to the dealership. I went to the dealership and they did not know who I was, where my car was located, or how I could get it. I drove over to the service department on my own and saw my car through a fence. Thankfully there was one employee left who was able to open the gate so I could see my car but we could not find the key. After 45 minutes he finally found the key and I was able to get my car and go home. This was an inconvenience to say the least as no one had any answers for me and a 5 minute visit turned into 45 minutes.

Service at Champion is always quick, easy, and polite. They are the only dealership I have recommended from personal experience. I may not go for all my service, but when I do it as as pleasant as it can be.

"Breakdown turned rescue "

My new 2018 dodge caravan had a malfunction while in Indianapolis on business and I had to be towed. Clarence took acceptional care of me and got me back on the road feeling confident my van was all fixed. Kudos to him for making me feel less stressed and able to laugh before I pulled away Thank you all! 10's in customer service!!!

I’ve brought my car in for oil changes and anything else I’ve needed done and they’ve gotten it done in a timely manner! "Overall a good experience"

I took my Chatger in for a recall and an oil change. Service was friendly and timely. My only complaint is there were some greasy hand prints on the door and hood they didn't clean before bringing my car out to me. But other than that, a very good experience.

"Bad repair "

"Oil change and minor repairs "

Did routine oil chang and repaired gate lift gas shocks. Easy back seat was reprogrammed. Applied my lifetime warranty and the whole experience was great. Technician spoke to me personally about programming issue and oil. I was treated very professionally.
