Dishonest I do not recommend buying from this business. They are eager to sale with disregard to the customer. They sold my son a truck and lied to him the bank I do not recommend buying from this business. They are eager to sale with disregard to the customer. They sold my son a truck and lied to him the bank that was funding and had to rewrite the contract three times. My son had a dealership limited 3,000 mile warranty that they somehow managed to sneak out of the contract deal. The first contract was in June 2, 2017 as of August 20, 2017 the truck does not work. When we asked about warranty they said we never had one. My son has all of the contracts and he planning on sending them in to a lawyer for review. Hopefully other people won't get taken advantage of by this so called business. They lie and try to make their customers look like fools just to make their pockets fatter. More

The credit manager even sat with use as the salesman finished getting the car ready to go. The young lady who did the paper work was very friendly and new her job very well. my name is Darrell Campbell and I’m writing this letter in complaint about the horrible and traumatizing experience I had while taking my 2005 Lincoln avitar in for routine oil change at the champion ford in complaint about the horrible and traumatizing experience I had while taking my 2005 Lincoln avitar in for routine oil change at the champion ford Lincoln mercury rockingham north Carolina. on Thursday feb 20th I was given the appointment time of 11 o’clock to have my oil changed after parking my car and going through the routine paper work I was given a time of about an hour (due to other people ahead of me) I hand them my keys and decided to spend my hour at the local wall-mart upon return I was told they were unable to change my oil due to the fact that they were unable to get it out of park I’m never given an explanation as to why they could not get it out of park they had me my keys back I said that I would return since I have a class coming up and a test to study for I attempt to leave and only to find that the device used to engage my car into its gears has been pulled apart by force I rush back into the shop for an explanation as to what happened to my Lincoln but all I’m told is that my car was broken beforehand even after speaking with both shop manager and general manager I’m told that my car was broken upon arrival and that if I wanted it fixed that would cost me out of my pocket (which I refused) I have had the wonderful suv for over 3 years now and I’m a proud Lincoln owner but I find the actions taken towards me were reprehensible after given no other option I was forced for relinquish time and money not to mention the feeling of emabassrashment and helplessness brought on to me by champion ford More

We brought our 2012 Ford Fusion in for repairs about a month ago to your service department. I think the guys name was Doreen. He was very polite. Explain about how long he thought it would take. The service department had our vehicle fixed and we where back on the road in no time at all. So when our 2008 Ford Edge needed some work we decided to go back to your service department even though we did not purchase either vehicle there. Lauren was very clear about what to expect and what our options were. The car was ready when she said it would be and she called to let us know when the car could be picked up. The mechanic that worked on the vehicle even came out and spoke to my husband before the repairs were done. I would us your service department again and recommend them to my friends and family. More
