Let’s see, I took my car there to get a wheel alignment because I didn’t want a bell tire wheel alignment. Their cost is almost double everybody else’s price. They told me it was going to be an hour. The steering wheel was crooked, so when I found time about a week later, I had to bring my car back and waste my time to have them redo the alignment to get the steering wheel straight. After bringing it the second time my steering wheel is still crooked so either their alignment tech doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing, or he just absolutely takes no pride at all. I will honestly never bring my car back to them again or do business with them ever again…. oh, and I bought the car there, I had an over 800 credit score when I purchased the car.. I was told my interest would be 6.9% but after a year and a half of making payments, I found out that my interest was at 9%. I guess that explains why the money I owed on the car wasn’t dropping very fast even though I was making extra payments.I guess it’s partially my fault since I missed that when I was signing the papers. 😡 More
