Kayla was pleasant but there were issues with her reports to me on the status of the repair. I was not kept informed of the status of the parts that were on order. Finally, when she texted me and told me the parts were in and the repairs were done, when I went to pick up the car, I discovered that the major reason for bringing the car in was not repaired. The app to start the car does not work. She never told me that and I advised her it wasn't working. She told me the app had to be reloaded, and I had already tried that and it didn't work. Only then she looked in the computer and found that the part was on backorder. This should've been explained to me even before I picked the car up. The dealership had the car for almost 2 weeks, and the repair wasn't done, and I would've left with the car and I known it unless I checked it out. More
