I had the vehicle of my choice and reasonable lease payment with minimal down payment(taxes on rebate +1st month payment + title and registration). Scam artists 1. I am a younger female who brought an older adult relative in to her to help buy a new car and the salesman rarely spoke to me, even asking the man 1. They lied to me several times about how things were included but then at he last minute would say "oops my bad" and I'd have to pay. 3. They told me under 36,000 miles I was completed covered under the manufactures warrant. When I scheduled the apt for a service check, they didn't mention a cost and then told me they would charge me almost $300 just to CHECK a couple things, that wasnt the actual repair costs. They then said not everything is covered in the warranty. Please spare yourself the time and money to go here. More

I had never owned either so did not know which one would be "right" for me. I contacted the dealer online with one that "looked" right and seemed to have the right options and price. I may have been lucky to draw Kathy McFarland as my sales professional, but she was able to find the perfect truck for me. It was love a first drive. Kathy's knowledge of the Silverado was excellent as I think she was or is a current owner of a Silverado as well. There was no question she could not answer about the truck's features and options. I dont know how Kathy did it, but I were to custom order a truck the ones she showed me would have been them. At no point did I feel I was being "sold" anything. This was quite a refreshing experience. More

Nothing. Now the second time my headlight has burned out on the 2015 Equinox within a month. Soonest appt they could get me was in two weeks. I can't go that long without a headlight. So I called another dealer got answers and getting my vehicle in tomorrow. Stay away from Matthew Hargreaves, big HEADACHE! More

This place is a JOKE! Probably the WORST dealership and management that I've ever done business with. Will never come back and will never recommend this place to anyone.
