I filled out the survey giving the dealership a 9 (out of 10) on overall rating and a YES to the question about referring others to this dealership. In the comments section, I mentioned that even with an appointment, i was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. It took just about an hour. The reason I did not give a 10 was the fact that even with an appointment, it still took an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. I figure that 30 minutes would have been a more appropriate time frame. I understand that the mechanics need to have their coffee and breakfast sandwich or kibitz with the other guys, but I should not have to wait. Do that stuff between jobs. Today I got a call from a Customer Service Representative (CSR) telling me that my rating effected someone's pay, and that it is normal for an oil change and tire rotation to take an hour to an hour and a half. I said that I can get an oil change and any of the oil change locations in about 10 minutes, and that a tire rotation for a dealership should not take more than 20 minutes. He became very argumentative. I asked what was the purpose of a satisfaction survey was if not to find out what the issue is if a customer is not satisfied. He ignored the question and insisted that I could not get an oil change in a 10 minute time period anywhere. Then after a few more back and forths he suggestion that maybe I should take service somewhere else. I agreed and hung up. I have bought 2 cars thru them and have have my service done there as well. I will not be bullied and I will not go back to Mathews Hargreaves again. More

Overviewed one but found it wouldn't work budget wise so she assisted every which way possible and we found that vehicle for me. She treated me like family and that's what mattered most, which is the relationship to have with the sales person to find you the vehicle that will work best for you. We made sure that everything was in order and would work before signing on the dotted line. Would highly recommend this dealership. More

This Impala is the most beautiful car I have ever I just leased a 2018 Impala Premier 2LZ. This is our 12th car from Matthews-Hargreaves Chevrolet. This Impala is the most beautiful car I have ever owned which is hard to beat the 2014 Impala I traded in and I also owned 4 new Corvettes over the years. This 2018 Impala has the best paint job I have seen on a Chevrolet in a long time. The titanium interior is gorgeous! Kenan Manalp worked exceptionally hard finding the car that met all of my requirements and desires and made sure it was delivered promptly. This is the fifth car Kenan has helped us with. Kenan's skills at teaching us about all of the electronics and features are outstanding. In addition to Kenan's exceptional service, on the rare times I have had to bring my cars in for service over the years, the whole service department team have been efficient and professional. The finance department effectively explained all of the paperwork details clearly, concisely and answered any questions I had. This is my first time leasing and I appreciate the time Kenan and everyone took to teach me the ropes. Thank you for being my local Chevy dealer and having such a professional, caring staff. More
Terrible Oil Change They claimed they change my oil, but in like 4 months there was no oil in there! I had to prayerfully drive to Joe Lunghammer to get them to fix it an They claimed they change my oil, but in like 4 months there was no oil in there! I had to prayerfully drive to Joe Lunghammer to get them to fix it and they said there was no oil in there. They told me there was some things wrong with my car that wasn’t. I bought my car brand new from Joe Lunghammer but moved to Warren so i keep it maintained and thought this would be a good place to try. And then they charged me $64 for an oil change when I only pay $39.95 at Joe Lunghammer. It just showed a lack of integrity on their part. So they will never get my business again. I’ll just make the drive to Waterford or go to Hamilton Chevrolet on Mound Rd. More

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! More
RECALL RUNAROUND OIL CONSUMPTION TEST 2011 TERRAIN DID NOT USE ENOUGH OIL. I HAVE GONE THOUGH 0NE QUART OR MORE IN ONE THOUSAND MILES DONE THE TEST 3 TIMES THEY SAY IT OIL CONSUMPTION TEST 2011 TERRAIN DID NOT USE ENOUGH OIL. I HAVE GONE THOUGH 0NE QUART OR MORE IN ONE THOUSAND MILES DONE THE TEST 3 TIMES THEY SAY ITS NOT USING ENOUGH OIL. HAD IT CHECKED OUT AND COMPLAINED 3 YEARS AGO. MY FAMILY HAS BEEN BUYING CARS AT MATTHEWS HARGREAVES FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND MECHANICS SUCKED ON ANYTHING THEY DONE. FREE BRAKE INSPECTION USED CAR BRAKE WENT OUT WEEK LATER. STARTER WAS BAD REPLACED IT UNDER WARRANTY CAR CAUGHT FIRE WIRES HITTING EXHAUST REPLACED FUEL PUMP 3 TIMES IN A WEEK NOT THE PROBLEM PASSKEY FIXED IT MYSELF. FUEL PUMP ON ANOTHER CAR WENT UNDER WARRANTY TOLD THEM WHAT IT WAS. THEY TOLD ME I KNOW SO MUCH FIX MYSELF . I,AM A CERTIFIED MASTER MECHANIC More
