I had to get my Yukon fixed for service. It took forever and I understand that but I needed my vehicle to go on vacation. Well after a week the car was still not fixed. I was told to rent a vehicle and go on vacation and that I would be reimbursed. I did and went on vacation. I rented a similar vehicle to what I owned and when I got back I turned in the rental bill $1600.00 for the week. The service manager took my reciet for the rental to turn it in. After 3 more weeks I received a check for $414.00 with no explanation. I have tried to call several times to get an answer why I only received $414.00 not $1600.00. I am still waiting for the answer. Not Happy More
This dealership has an absolutely deplorable service department. I end up coming out with more issues than I had prior to bringing my truck in. Constantly want to keep my truck and do not offer a loaner department. I end up coming out with more issues than I had prior to bringing my truck in. I just drove 45 min to buy a car that I was promised was on hold for me. I got their and they told me it was sold and tried to sell me a totally different vehicle. The sales team is out of touch. To top it off the $70k truck they had on the showroom floor was covered in dirt. I buy a new truck every year and have been all over the state to different dealerships. This dealership is by far the worst of all. It is not even worth 1 star in my opinion. I believe it was a scam in the first place as they didn't not even try to call me to cancel the appointment which was the first one of the day. I have contacts at GM and plan to share my experience. We purchased my 2020 Traverse I had been leasing and leased a new 2022 Equinox. Jeff and Nick went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact style of equinox I wanted and all the blacked out accessories I had to have. Jeff was super friendly, polite and professional! He kept me updated and informed of everything the entire process and answered any questions my husband and I had along the way. My car seriously looks awesome and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I will absolutely be back here for all of my car needs. Already planning on coming back to black out my husband’s traverse next! Thank you Jeff and Nick for everything!! More
So the Salesman wants to do a soft hit to see if my Fiancee and I qualify for a used car. He assured us that it was a soft hit so we agreed to see what we would be looking at spending per month and if Fiancee and I qualify for a used car. Wait! What? He had created 3 hard hits on my credit report that won't come off for 2 years. That's not even the worst thing. My fiancee had 5 HARD HITS on her credit report an they weren't even with the same banks that were on my report. Why the xxxx did we have 8 hard hits when we only looked at 2 cars. I have bought a few cars in my life and have never had more then one hit on my credit report at any time. They will deceive you. This place will never get my business. And we were going to buy that car until this happened. NEVER AGAIN! We went to another dealership and are going to purchase a car with them and only one hit on my report More

Took my vehicle in for an oil change. Two months later, got an alert stating the washer fluid was low. I called the dealer and requested that a free oil change be done because if they did not bother to ch got an alert stating the washer fluid was low. I called the dealer and requested that a free oil change be done because if they did not bother to check this, what else was missed? I was asked if I attempted to fill it up on my own to check if there was a leak. I had not filled it on my own as I would have lost the proof there was no fluid. I was then told I could come up and have it topped off and I would be given a free gallon of washer fluid for my trouble. I stated again that I wanted a free oil change as I was not confident that the multi-point inspection was completed properly. I was told the filter would be checked and if it was new an oil change would not be performed. I promptly hung up the phone. I spoke with Tom in service who clearly did not care about my $40,000 investment in Chevrolet nor did he care for my safety concern that other things could have been missed. I have since filled up my washer fluid and there is no leak. While the offer of a free gallon of washer fluid is kind, it does not make up for the fact I am losing my time and vehicle all because someone did not do their job. More
Took my dad 3 thousand dollars senior and a vet on a ss income to fix his truck had it for a total of 6 weeks 3 times back and still runs the same way it came in. Then call the General manager of the dealership Mike Mosser and no call this dealership is nothing but trouble no calls back just take money and run. If I own the dealership I would make sure my customer would get a call back. So 3 months of my dad ss money spent is wasted thanks to this dealership. Taken advantage of a senior nice job More
