"Sales Department has TERRIBLE Customer Service"

Terrible customer service from the Sales Manager, Diego. Did not offer a solution or any help. Since this dealership was bought, anything purchased with the old owners is not his issue!!! Once my lease is up, I will no longer purchase from this dealership again!

"Bad Customer Service"

- Disappointed Customer

Took my International student there to buy a used Porsche he wanted. My Student paid 50k cash but wanted me there because he was 18yo, The sales associate Scout was arrogant and rude. Sat there two hours never even offered a drink of water. Didn’t know anything about the car. And when we asked for a $200 credit due to a missing item on the car he had to check with his Manager Three times, who was literally standing behind a desk right in front of us as if we couldn’t see him, who said he wouldn’t budge on the price. Then when I asked to speak to him personally he never came over. My student loved the car but asked me if this is how they treat you in American car lots when u spend $50k cash. How embarrassing, the worst customer service. I told my student if it was me I would never have bought the car from them.

"Shady finance. Shady manager. Shady Business doings. "

I purchased a car from this dealership where they purposely kept me there for hours until I felt completely rushed as I had an appointment to get to. They over charged me for my extended warranty by $700 from my previous car purchase wareanty at anothwr dealership. I discovered it the following morning looking ar my paperwork. So I returned there to cancel my warranty. Which of course they matched the previous amount which I paid for. But they were very sneaky. While they redid the paperwork for that, they reworked my APR which yesterday it was at 6.30% and post the updated warranty amount. They raised it to 7.54%. When I called, finance guy lied to me and when I was transferred to the manager, Harris, he lied to me and was very rude. Don’t go here. Dishonest. Find another dealership.
