They are quick to take your money, but not quick to properly repair the issues with your vehicle. I called and left numerous messages for Service Manager Julio Ramirez after filing a complaint with Nissan of North America, and to this day I still have not received a return call.
However, they had no problem quickly calling me regarding money allegedly owed for a rental vehicle. The lack of communication, customer care, and accountability has been extremely disappointing. When customers are experiencing ongoing vehicle issues, the least a dealership can do is communicate professionally and follow up. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
