Champion has always provided good service. Indira Moreno, my new service counselor has taken that to the next level. I feel like I am truly receiving concierge level care from her. She followed up with reminders of my needed recall service, arranged for a seamless handoff of my vehicle as well as my courtesy loaner car. I was so amazed at how seamless that process was that I shared it with a number of my friends. The same was true once the repair work was completed. I did not have to call to follow up myself, but Indira reached out to me. She’s basically provided the best support I’ve ever received from any dealership. She even reached out to see if I had any other issues once my car had been returned. Besides being extremely efficient, paying attention to all the little details, she is always courteous and professional. Between a few businesses we own, we employ several hundred people. We’re tuned into the importance of exceeding the expectations of the people we serve. Indira is a standout and I’m thankful she’s my service counselor at Champion Porsche.
