Everything is 5-star, and my service advisor, Indira, is outstanding. She has always been responsive, professional, and extremely helpful in handling everything from repairs to routine maintenance. The reason for my 4-star rating instead of 5 stars is the dealership's recent decision to add a 3% fee for credit card payments. For a luxury dealership, this feels like an unnecessary surcharge and detracts from the overall customer experience. It makes me wonder what's next—charging for water or coffee in the waiting area? I appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff, especially Indira, but I hope the dealership reconsiders this policy. More
