Champion Porsche - Service Center

I have been driving Champion cars for over 20 years and currently have a 911 Turbo and a Cayenne Turbo. Everyone is a pleasure to deal with both in sales and service. I went through a period where I had some bad experiences with Champion service. Recently I went to Champion to discuss some service issues. I was introduced to Drew and was told she was my new service adv with Champion service. Recently I went to Champion to discuss some service issues. I was introduced to Drew and was told she was my new service advisor. We set up an appointment for me to bring in my Cayenne. When I arrived I went Drews' desk. Drew listened to my issues and then we went out to the vehicle and she listened to the motor and checked the information in the PMS. We went back to her desk and she began searching for the best program that would cover my issues. I accepted Drew's recommendations. Drew had my loaner ready at the conclusion of her service workup. Drew called me during the service to advise of an issue that needed some additional investigation and I approved the labor charge. When the vehicle was ready Drew called me, but the weather was torrential and she suggested that I not risk driving and pick up my vehicle in the morning. I appreciated her concern. When I got to Champion the next morning Drew was at her desk. We went over the repairs and discussed future maintenance. As someone once said to me, "she's a keeper". More

I had the most incredible service experience for some work that involved a lot more than meets the eye. When I told Indira "I was having a difficult time wrapping my arms around the work entailed", she work that involved a lot more than meets the eye. When I told Indira "I was having a difficult time wrapping my arms around the work entailed", she graciously offered to have me come in and get a hands on explanation and demonstration from Pete (the service foreman), Shawn (technician working on my car), and Indira. Sure enough everything was explained, it made sense and, and was repaired in a very professional and timely manner. When I picked it up it was better than new. Indira was incredible at keeping me updated every step the way, she is an incredible asset not only to the service department, but the dealership as well. More
