Let's start by saying how disappointed I am in the service I got at the dealership today. I had a appointment for a oil change tire rotation balance and alignment along with a radiator flush. After 6 service I got at the dealership today. I had a appointment for a oil change tire rotation balance and alignment along with a radiator flush. After 6 hours of no update I called to check on the status of my truck. Brad told me they had a issue doing the flush because the equipment wasn't working. I said that was fine and asked if all the other work was completed he said yes. After getting my truck back and looking at i realized they didn't do anything but i hope the oil. The only reason i know they didn't is i have a small mark on my tire and rim. When i called back again. Brad said nothing like that was on the ticket. I hope now my oil change was done. I was without a truck all day. Now i have to take time off work to go to another dealership and have everything done. Stay away and dont get SCAMMED like we did. More

I am in the market for a new truck - here is what has happened so far: 1st visit - drove onto the lot, two sales people waiting in carts on the lot, before I could put my vehicle in park, one of them was at my window waiting for me to turn my car off. I rolled down the window and said never mind and drove off. It could be a personal preference, but I don't need a vulture. Believe it or not, I am adult enough to find you if/when I need you. I am sure there is some statistic that says if you don't vulture 50% or more, you're less likely to sell a vehicle, but earnestly, I just hate it. On my second visit I drove on the lot. I was barely able to get out of my vehicle before the salesman swooped in. This was Roland Trevino. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He showed us around several different vehicles. I inquired about one vehicle; we talked price a bit, and asked him to contact me if my offer would be met or what price the dealership would be willing to come down to. He never contacted me back. I believe in a third strike rule, so today, March 2nd, I called Roland directly and spoke with him at about 1130am. I gave him the stock number, my pre-approved finance notice, dollar amount I am willing to put down and asked if they would come off the truck's price by $1500.00. I waited for 3hrs for a response and haven't gotten one. I've invested over $150,000.00 in vehicle purchases since 2019 with this dealership and Roland is too busy to call me back. NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. More
