Victoria, Dustin, Carlos were great super professional and courteous and if it wasn’t for Dustin I would have left due to the finance manager Soheil Sefidroo. He did not want to help me at all. My phone unfortunately died and asking for a charger he made me feel like an inconvenience and he was having me fax my purchase order instead of handling it. After I confirmed that my preapproval had been cancelled due to an indirect loan application with the same banking institution I had conversation with him and he said he cancelled the indirect application and now I only had one option was to finance with a company I did not want to go with or go to banking institution and handle the paperwork with them. I asked if I should schedule a different appointment and in his words “ you can do whatever you want” he seemed bothered by my presence and he only had one solution. Kudos to having Dustin as he was super personable and he was able to gain me back as a customer. Dustin and Carlos had me in and out while the finance manager Mr. Sefidroo had me feeling uncomfortable, no language barrier he just seemed to hate his job and I know Zach the manager noticed how rude he was being. Hope Sofidroo gets some training in customer service and works on his intrapersonal skills even made his coworkers uncomfortable. Everyone else was kind but did want to share who to avoid and maybe he was having a bad day but honestly no excuse. More
