I recently took my truck to Chaparral Ford for a simple brake switch issue and informed them up front that it was a Holman account. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. It took two full brake switch issue and informed them up front that it was a Holman account. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. It took two full weeks for them to complete the work — far longer than expected for such a minor repair. During that time, I called every other day requesting updates, but not once did anyone return my calls or provide any meaningful information. Every time I did get someone on the phone, they either didn’t know the status or gave vague answers with no follow-up. In my opinion, this dealership could really benefit from some serious communication training. Clear, timely updates and follow-through shouldn’t be too much to expect, especially when customers are without their vehicles for extended periods. If communication and customer service matter to you, I would strongly recommend considering other options. More

We got the best price in the market, a very fair trade-in pay, no hidden surprises on the numbers, and an exceptional service from every person at the dealer from sales to finance... everyone went above and beyond to provide us with what we needed (extra installations, a loaner, and a bed liner) in record time and with the best customer service attitude that you can get!!! Traded in a vehicle and the dealership still has not paid off my old loan. Caused me to have to make an extra payment on the loan that should have been paid off. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and never had any issues, this makes me think something has gone wrong but I am unable to get any information. More
