Dealing with the purchase of my New F-150 was a total disaster and I mean a disaster. The salesman Richard was terrible, and some tall slender guy name Scott was also rude and of know help. The only pers disaster and I mean a disaster. The salesman Richard was terrible, and some tall slender guy name Scott was also rude and of know help. The only person that try to help me was brad with the issues of adding tow mirrors and running boards that eventually the tow mirrors would not work, and it took 3 weeks to get the running boards done correctly. I owned the truck for a month and a half and had the truck (3) days. I want to thank Brad for his help but as far as Richard (my salesman) did nothing but lie and not return my calls when things did not work out as far as the mirrors went and had no solutions on how to fix the problem. Good solutions that is. I would never or tell anyone to buy a truck from this dealership. More
