Mike Ross is an awesome client advisor! I mentioned the type of vehicle I was looking for and he emailed the moment that vehicle was on the lot at Chapman. I actually checked with dealerships in my state t type of vehicle I was looking for and he emailed the moment that vehicle was on the lot at Chapman. I actually checked with dealerships in my state to see if I could find the same vehicle at that same price and Chapman BMW on Camelback was the most reasonably priced and affordable! My credit union was requiring additional paperwork before releasing my check due to the fact that I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. Mike Ross spoke with my credit union and his manager to help me remedy this issue and of course my credit union would not budge on the additional paperwork they were requesting. Mike Ross called me and secured financing through BMW via telephone in advance of me coming to pick up the car. WOW!!! Then of course, once I was in Arizona, my insurance company wanted me to drive the car to one of their satellite offices in Arizona before they would allow me to switch over my insurance policy to the new vehicle I was purchasing. Again, Mike Ross, being knowledgeable about all aspects of the car purchasing industry, made several calls and secured insurance for me, via telephone. And I have to tell you this...the price was actually less than the company I had insurance with for YEARS!!! Seriously, hands down, this is the ABSOLUTE BEST experience I have EVER had in making a major purchase (besides my home). Mike Ross is the BEST!!! Bought a 2010 650i in November 2012. Transaction was smooth and service was great. Soon after I decided the car was too small for me and wanted to move into a 550GT.
